He will start again maybe not Week 1, but possibly by mid-season or thorugh next year IMO.
Once he becomes a starter I have to believe he will deliver unless he does otherwise, every year he has been healthy he has been the Top QB in football.
Yes he is a steal at 200 cbs.
On the active roster only David Garrad at 188 has a cheaper contract. In all of SACD including rookie salaries only Kyle Orton (194), Bruce Gradkowski (171), Omar Jacobs (149), Jordan Palmer (125), Tyler Palko (110), Ingle Martin (110) are paid less than C-Pep.
So yes he is a steal and will be a future trading chip, economic backup, or an ultra cheap starter.
