Roy Williams is a huge issue for me as is the quagmire that is the Detroit Lions. The best hope for CJ is to share WR1 duties, whereas Rice has the door wide open to become a clearcut WR1 in a young likely emerging offense with a much better backfield. The QB's are a toss up, but I'll take the emerging Jackson over Kitna.
As for Martz, lets see what happens when he leaves in a year. The Detroit situation is a mess, we're talking 5 year contracts on these guys, and CJ is likely mired for at least a couple of those years as a WR2 behind Roy Williams on a team more likely to implode (again) long before they turn things around.
