FYI, ever here of downloading the app yourself and modifying your own team via excel to know where you stand at all times until the next release?

I'm enforcing penalties whether the app is current or not. Each owner is responsible for MANAGING THEIR OWN TEAM. The app is just a tool to help us all... you're all relying on it too much like a crutch.
