The proposal sounds like a good idea, but I think it somewhat limits some of the values of tender levels. By going to this type of system it will remove "value" tenders like I did for Driver this year tendeirng him 3rd round comp and I thought he may potentially sell lower than 2nd.

I think a quick fix would be to base it on final value of player contracts sold, with something like for every 1,000 is something like 1 pt and so forth and create teh scale that way.
