The Freedom confirm and welcome Conway with open arms. Heck that is what most of WR's have had all season anyway. It will be nice to have some options when putting together a starting line-up. Though we hate to part with any first round picks, the likelihood of getting an impact WR and coupled with the cost of first rounders made us think that Curtis was a wise choice to help us both now and next year.

To make room on the roster please place David (3 TD's on 9 catches) Terrell and his broken foot on the IR. The extra year (IR year) that this clears up and the extra year that I had remaining should cover CC's 2 year contract.

Though it is not an exact match (since it was Hudson Valley's first rounder that was traded), the team feels that they were able to parlay Duece McCallister into two starting WR's (both less than $500) with 2 year deals. For a team that had not had any real WR talent (Mould's stunk last year) this could (hopefully) make them a playoff contender.
