Also, the Taxi Status colum for rookie TE Vernon Davis should read "2006 wk1" not "ineligable." You may want to check on other promoted TS players to make sure they have the correct designation as well.

Also, keep any TS eligible promoted player in green
so they stand out (I think you did this, but not sure if it's that way accross the board).
Just wondering but why should Vernon Davis be TS eligible? He was promoted straight to active squad, despite what you declared at that moment. If he was promoted from the taxi squad then there should be room for him but there isn't as both years and slots are maxed out.

I say that b/c the timing goes...

1. Squad declarations - everyone must fit on TS

2. Then promoted to active squad

However, since there are not slots for Davis or his 5 years then he never could really fit on the TS. In the manner that you're thinking about you're getting a free TS roster spot.

That's why when I orgininally did the app any rookie on the AS who could not fit on the TS were treated as promoted straight to AS in which case they would lose taxi eligibility. Only TE Vernon Davis, TE Tony Scheffler (whos on my team) and DB Jimmy Williams were the only rookies on the AS.

DB Jimmy Williams maintains TS eligibility b/c there is still room for him on the TS AFTER the timing of TS to AS promotion.
