The Parkwood Predators started the season 0-1 for the second time in Frenzy history, and for the second straight year. Their 75.05 points was the 3rd lowest score in team history, and their lowest since scoring 59.3 in week 8 of 2001.

The Philadelphia Freedom started the season 1-0 for the second time in Frenzy history, and for the second straight year. Their 135.35 points was the 4th highest score in team history, and highest since their team record 159.55 points in week 10 of 2004. The Freedom won their 20th game in Frenzy history, improving to 20-51 lifetime.

The Royal Hawaiian Opihi started the season 1-0 for the third time in team history, and for the second straight year. Jeremy Shockey's 14.4 points was the 8th highest TE score in team history. The San Diego score of 23 was the second highest defensive score in team history, behind only Buffalo's 29 points in week 14 of 2004.

The Soap Box Derby Cars started 1-0 for the first time in team history. Chicago's 24 points was the second highest D score in team history, behind only Miami's 25 points in week 12 of 2004. Chicago passed New England and Miami to move into 5th place all time among defenses. Chicago has 375 points in 36 games for a 10.4 average.

The Jersey Toxic Waste started 1-0 for the third time in team history, and for the second straight year. Jeff Wilkins' 22.7 points was the highest ever for a Toxic Waste kicker, breaking the previous team record of 18.7 set by John Carney in week 5 of the 2002 season. Steven Jackson passed Duce Staley to become the Toxic Waste's second all time leading running back. Jackson has 271.5 points in 14 games for the Waste. Staley had 263.25 points in 19 games from 2002-03 for the Waste. Muhsin Muhammad passed Amani Toomer to become the 2nd all time leading receiver for the Waste. Muhammad has 287.2 points in 23 games for the Waste. Toomer had 283.65 points in 25 games from 2002-03.

The Wonder Mutts started the season 0-1 for the second time, previously done in 2003. Shayne Graham's 13.5 points was the 7th highest kicker score in Mutts' history.

The Bay Area Bloodsucking Insects started the season 0-1 for the third time in team history, and for the second straight year. The Insects have lost 4 straight games dating back to last season. Kellen Winslow's 16.3 points tied the 3rd highest tight end score in team history.

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers started the season 1-0 for the fourth time in team history, and for the third straight year. Donovan McNabb's 32.55 points was the fourth highest QB score in team hisory, and highest since Matt Hasselbeck had 41.85 points in week 13 of 2004. McNabb passed Daunte Culpepper to move into 2nd place all time among Frenzy QBs with 1311.2 points in 53 games for a 24.7 average. Cincinnati's 17 points tied the 7th highest D score in Squirrel Chaser history.

The Nittany Dodgers started the season 1-0 for the second straight year. The Dodgers have won 8 straight games dating back to last season. The Dodgers' 158.35 points was the 4th highest score in team history, and highest since scoring 179.6 points in week 8 of 2004. Kurt Warner's 30.45 points was the 9th highest QB score in team history. Frank Gore's 35 points was the 7th highest RB score in team history. Tony Gonzalez' 19.1 points was the 6th highest TE score in team history. Adam Vinatieri's 16.2 points was the 3rd highest kicker score in team history, and highest since Sebastian Janikowski scored 18.9 points in week 5 of 2003. Vinatieri passed Jason Elam to move into 5th place all time among Frenzy kickers. Vinatieri has 354.45 points in 41 games for a 8.7 average.

Urza's Ragers started the season 0-1 for the 4th time ever, and for the 3rd straight year.
