I would think that since it is assume it is a one year salary (as many have stated) that you don't get double burned by the additional 10% raise.
Edited to add, Carlos Rogers was activated at some point in 2005, and therefor should be on my active roster.

I wnt by the salary you posted for Heap. Is it wrong? THere shouldn't be a 10% increase for franchise players, but he should be 20% above last years salary or the top 10 avg... whichever is higher.
