Can we get an agreement on the date when this will occur? It's not in the rules anywhere. I'd even take a ruling on it rather than a vote as it's not a huge deal one way or the other most likely. I figure it either occurs on 4/1 like the rest of the deadlines, or else after the rookie draft, pre-FA auctions.
