For starters, I think the lower end of the RB bonuses are too high. 21-24 should be like 100cb's. 16-20 say 150. I have no problem with the top 15 seeing the bigger bonuses, but curtail it more towards the other end of the spectrum.

Same goes for WR's, I find it interesting that you have the Fenzy WR bonuses higher than SACD's, while SACD has a significantly larger cap.

the last 16 or so of the WR's, say 16-20 should be ~200, not 250. 21-25 should be ~150, 26-30 ~100 and finally 31-36 ~50.
The bonuses for the WRs have been adjusted down.

I disagree with your position on the RBs. I don't think a 150cb bonus for a 20-24th ranked RB is out of line. For his rookie year, a 1st round RB salary ranges from 500 to 390. If one of these guys finish in the 20-24 range, add in their 10% and 150 bonus, they are sitting at 700 to 579. This for an RB who was starter calliber. I don't think that is out of line. Just look at the RBs in that price range. With few exceptions, the only RBs under 1100 cbs are stiffs, or rookie contracts. You have guys like Tony Fisher and Marshall Faulk going for ~1000. I think there is enough league wide cap space to significantly bonuses the historically highest paid position in the league.
