Just a few quick comments on the bonuses, an area I think you need to improve.

For starters, I think the lower end of the RB bonuses are too high. 21-24 should be like 100cb's. 16-20 say 150. I have no problem with the top 15 seeing the bigger bonuses, but curtail it more towards the other end of the spectrum.

Same goes for WR's, I find it interesting that you have the Fenzy WR bonuses higher than SACD's, while SACD has a significantly larger cap.

the last 16 or so of the WR's, say 16-20 should be ~200, not 250. 21-25 should be ~150, 26-30 ~100 and finally 31-36 ~50.
