Hey, Preds, I hear you and totally sympathize. But if policing the issue sucks, and for some holding to the issue sucks, let's loosen the bands a bit to ease something no one seems to be really going for.

Also not sure why this needs to wait until the end of the year. Can't this be changed now? I'm not looking to retro fit it for Burt and Rami, but not sure why it can't be changed going forward. Unless it's like a scoring or salary issue, there isn't really a timing necessary. I'm new to this process, so I may not see what the problem is.
