I've updated the roster app through 8/31.

The Wyverns have been penalized 1000 cb's fr failing to have the minimum number of players under contract... we've given him 2 additional weeks and he's still 2 players short.

The rules state teams in violation of this rule will be penalized 500 cb's and 5 contract years per player short, so therefore the Wyverns will be playing with a cap of only 9000 cb's and 26 contract years.

Also, the Wyverns have yet to declare contract years for RB's Dominic Rhodes and Jamal Anderson. As a reslut, each has been assigned a 1 year contract.
