The Insects have been assesed a 20% cap penalty for picking up David Patten, but not clearing cap space to accomodate him. Patten is again a Free Agent, and the Insects are banned on bidding on him for 30 days.

The Insects remain 2 cb's over the cap, so a cut is now required (:Sorry Frank).
