Is it our intention to allow teams to claim players waived from the TS and PS and place them on their own TS and PS? I would be in support of teams being able to claim players waived from TS and PS and place them on their own TS (assuming they are elligible) but NOT on their is PS regardless of elligibility for the PS. Not PS to PS, but PS to TS is OK IMO
