Looks like Jamel will be coming to Philadelphia. This is from his Browns' bio: Signed by Indianapolis as an undrafted rookie free agent on April 28, 2000…Waived by Indianapolis on August 27, 2000…Awarded to Cleveland via waivers on August 29, 2000.
I think this means he is DS for one more season (since this is his thrid in the NFL). If so, please place on the DS. If not, please let me know and I will have to make alternative arrangements.
