11 players (either won or that he is high on)! At a minimum, Frank needs to field 22 players (13 IOP, 9 IDP). If he wins all the bids he's high on, I think he'll be in some hurting trouble, as without a trade or cut he cannot field a legal lineup!
What's the plan here Frank? Do you really think you'll be able to trade your way out of this?
Is it possible that after running up prices on many others you might get stung yourself?
