Here's a question:

What do we do if I have filled my 18 IOP slots with bids of players but I still have nominations left. If I nominate someone and no one else bids on that person, wouldn't I then be exceeding my roster size? This does not seem to make sense. Maybe I am missing something. You auction veterans have something on this?
