Great pick! I got to watch him play when LaTech came and romped over the UH Defense (note the picture you chose is vs. UH!). Moats is a machine. Forget the "small" label, the guy's got skills. Has the ability to be a major player in the NFL... the only question is will he get the chance (or will Philly make that trade for Henry?)?
