Still disagree big time, the last 2 teams in your scenario can ATTEMPT to deflate the market, but they cannot actually CONTROL it, thus the selling price remains whatever the open market will bear.
I'll also add BTW, that there can only be 11 bidding teams on a RFA, not 12.
