Also Mike pointed out the Jersey had swapped slots for nothing to get a lower salary.
Another big deal is that the market doesn't set the price in the rookie draft, where as in the right to decline the market has already set a salary, whihc is either over or under the tendeirng teams value.
However, that is all a moot point if you're still using the "if we can't straight up/ok in package" argument, since Mike and I have stated that we feel it would be ok to trade for the right to decline straight up.

What about the 4th round eligibilty for Practice squad? Is a trade that allows a player to fall to the 4th round for this reason that far fetched?
