Why? Because tangible assets are being moved as part of the package. The declination is obviously an intangible asset, it does have value, but not tangible physical value. By not matching a guy, I'm giving up that intangible asset that would have had value to me the moment I matched.
Further, by including this intangible asett indirectly as part of a package deal I can ensure that tangible assets are still moved by both parties, not just the "intangible" value.
That's how I can justify it.
