Well part of the Taxi Squads MO is to develop players to a degree. By going with 30 years we're limiting that aspect moreso than we do in the Frenzy, 32 years is dead on the same avg, but one of those
#'s instead of something like 35 which is easier to grasp (and remember) and barely raises the average.
