Thanks for the explanation. yes, it makes sense now (did not initially) - I initially read it as increasing the MAX number of players allowed.

I would agree with this proposal Dodgers recommended.

I would like to amend it by adding to increase IR from 3 players to 5 (simple math - if you have 3 IR for 18 players, add 12 more should be 2 more IR spots).

I would like to vote on this as well. If not, let's get some more discussion on issues people have.
