No, UFA's are NOT subject to waivers. THeir contracts have simply expired.
Players subject to waivers are those CUT by their Frenzy team.
What I don't have a conclusive answer on (and look to Brian on this one) is whether or not players cut in the few days prior to April 1st will be eligible o be claimed on April 1.
Since we are starting this process anew, I'd say it only applies to players cut in 2005 and beyond (i.e. players cut after April 1) but I'd like to see where Brians stands.
As for the rules, Brian got me an update in a timely manner, but I haven't had the time to integrate them into HTML in the past few days. I'll try my damndest to get that done ASAP so you all have a current set to work off of for 2005.
