I'm not opposed to putting a cap on the salary bonus, but I do think 100 cb's is too low. I like the 25 cb's per week active... how about a cap of 200 cb's on the salary increase, which would be equivilent to keeping a DS guy active 8 weeks or more and then being demoted back to the DS.

This makes sense to me (I think) but would it be possible to get all of the individual thread ideas untangled and pulled together so we can start to evaluate them?
