I have a clarification question on the signing bonus portion. If a player is cut with a remaining signing bonus due, and he is picked up by another team, you state "any applicable remaining signing bonus would still be charged against the original team." I assume that would be an accelerated cap hit to the original team, correct? And if the same player is cut by the team that picked him up, is there a singing bonus cap hit for that team as well, or just the standard 20%?
