Since the Ragers failed to make roster space for Patrick Johnson within the 24 hour allotted period, they have been assessed a cap penalty.

Since this is a 1st offense, and Joe was unable to access the internet over the weekend, and seeing as he won Patrick Johnson on Friday afternoon, I've reduced the penalty to 100 (from 250) and will allow the Ragers to keep Johnson.

This is a 1 time leniency only, so guys, don't expect it down the line without a valid legitimate explanation on your 1st offense.... also the low value of Johnson's contract played a part...
