Since Matt made this cut under the impression he had picked up the Bills D (which he lost after failing to make room within the 24 hour window), the Rules Committee has decided to allow a retraction.

This step wasn't taken lightly, and allowing the retractions does not ensure that future retractions by Matt or others will be allowed... but in this case we felt it was a fair thing to do, and other similar cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
