If you and the rest of the league can't grant leniancy here that is fine but I had every intention of making the cuts (part of why I checked in last night) within what I thought was the time frame. In the case with Moulds, Frank admittedly forgot (or it slipped his mind).
PS- If leniancy is not granted (and I sincerely hope it is) what happens to the cuts that I made? Are those players restored or are they lost?

I'd be more willing to allow you to rescind the cuts than to grant leniency on picking up the D, you clearly missed the deadline to make room. The 24 hour rule has been a hard and fast rule for 2 years now (and a good one IMO). If you recall, we used to require a cut UPFRONT... allowing the 24 hour window to make roster space or clear cap space is quite lenient IMO.
All that being said... Joe got caught in a similar mixup earlier in the week with the GB Defense (it turns out he was OK since he never listed his Hanson cut elsewhere), you actually posted the cuts, so it may be a bit different.
I lean towards allowing you to rescind the 2 drops, but to be fair to the others in the league, I'll have to discuss this with the Rules Committe (Jake & Brian). We'll get back to you on it.
