Matt, FFLM and the NFL (I believe) define a blocked punt as a kick that doesn't cross the line of scrimmage.
A partially blocked kick is not the same thing.
FFLM hasn't scored this as a block because the ball advanced down the field 22 yards past the line of scrimmage.
I think your reaching here... had the kick not advanced past the line of scrimmage I would have seen your case, but the kick did go some distance.
I don't think we can call a partially blocked kick the same as a blocked kick.
Trust me too Matt, I was actually pulling for you to win and make the East that much stronger (honest).

This IMO supports the idea that a punt is not fully blocked unless the kick crosses the line of scrimmage.
