Default Sam's Week 4 Notes

After a brief one week hiatus, Sam is back and here are the notes for week 4:

Daniel Graham’s 10.5 points was the 5th highest tight end score in Undead history. Marvin Harrison passed Randy Moss to become the Frenzy’s 2nd all time leading receiver. Randy has 691.8 points in 41 games for a 16.87 average. Marvin has 701.4 points in 41 games for a 17.11 average.

The Parkwood Predators are 4-0 for the first time in team history. The Predators remain perfect against the Liquid Swords’ franchise, beating them for the 4th time in four meetings. Aaron Brooks passed Kurt Warner to become the second all time leading quarterback for the Predators. Warner had 199.3 points in 9 games for the Preds in 2001. Brooks has 206.1 points in 9 games for the Preds in 2001 and 2004.


The Philadelphia Freedom have started the season 1-3 in each of the four Frenzy Seasons. The Freedom defeated the Squirrel Chasers for the first time in four meetings.

The Royal Hawaiin Opihi are 3-1 for the 3rd time in four Frenzy seasons, and second year in a row. Jeremy Shockey’s 15.9 points was the second highest Opihi tigh end score ever. Jason Elam’s 13.9 points was the 5th highest kicker score in Opihi history.

The Soap Box Derby Cars are off to their worst start ever at 0-4.

The Liquid Sword franchise is off to its best start ever at 2-2. Their 91.95 points was the 10th lowest score in team history. ffice:smarttags" />New England’s 18 points was the 5th highest defensive total in Swords’ history.

The Jersey Toxic Waste have started the season 0-4 for the second time (2002). They have lost seven straight regular season games, dating back to last season, tying a team record.

Terrell Owen’s 21 points was the 10th highest wide receiver score in Wonder Mutt’s history. Antonio “Dirty Socks” Gates’ 15.2 points was the 4th highest tight end score in Mutt’s history. Jay Feely’s 10.7 points was the 10th highest kicker score in team history.

The Bay Area Bloodsucking Insects are off to a 3-1 start for the third time in four Frenzy seasons. Eric Johnson’s 16.3 points was the 2nd highes tight end score in Insect’s history, behind only Bubba Franks’ 16.7 in week 3 of 2002. Lavaranues Coles tied Tim Brown for third place all time among Insect wide receivers. Both have 193.5 points, Tim Brown did it in 14 games for the Insects while it took Coles 16 games.

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers are off to a 2-2 start for the third time in four Frenzy seasons (they started 3-1 last year). Their 68.35 points was the lowest score in team history.

The Nittany Dodgers have tied their worst start ever, at 1-3, which they also started in 2003. Tiki Barber’s 33.35 points was the 4th highest RB score in team history. Reche Caldwell’s 20.75 points was the 7th highest WR score in team history, and highest since Quincy Morgan had 25.3 points in week 14 of 2002.

Eric Moulds 23.6 points was the 7th highest receiver score in Rager’s history. David Akers’ 18.5 points was the highest kicker score in team history, surpassing the previous team best by Matt Stover of 16.8 in week 13 of last year. It was also the 7th highest kicker total in league history.
