I'm baaack. Here are Sam Istician's week 1 notes:

The Indiana Undead started 1-0 for the second time in team history (’02). Their 147.5 points was the 5th highest score in team history. Priest Holmes’ 40.6 points was the 7th highest RB score in team history, and highest since Priest’s team record of 57.95 set in week 13 of 2002. Daniel Graham’s 15.2 points was the highest tight end score in team history. Graham passed Christian Fauria to become the Undead’s all time leading tight end. Daniel has 46.5 points in 8 games for the Undead. The Indiana Undead improve to 6-1 lifetime against the Freedom, and they have won the last four meetings.

The Parkwood Predators have stared the season 1-0 for the 4th consecutive year. They have yet to lose the opening game. Their 97.9 points was the 8th lowest score in team history. The Predators improve to 6-1 lifetime against the Opihi. Santana Moss passes Jimmy Smith and Cris Carter to become the Predators 3rd all time leading receiver. Moss has 155 points in 10 games for the Preds.

The Philadelphia Freedom have started the season 0-1 for the 4th consecutive year. They have yet to win the opening game. Their 131.1 points was the 5th highest in team history. Curtis Martin’s 41.05 points was the third highest RB total in team history. Isaac Bruce’s 21.7 points was the 4th highest receiver total in team history, and highest since Keenan McCardell’s 22.2 points in week 13 of 2002. The Freedom franchise has become the first to lose 30 games in league history.

The Royal Hawaiin Opihi have started 0-1 for the second time in team history (’02). Jason Elam’s 12.8 points was the 7th highest kicker score in team history.

The Soap Box Derby Cars have started 0-2 for the second consecutive year. Alge Crumpler’s 17.2 points was the 3rd highest tight end score in team history.

The Liquid Swords have started 2-0 for the second consecutive year. Their 155.7 points was the 3rd highest score in team history, and 17th highest in league history. Daunte Culpepper’s 38.95 points was the 3rd highest QB total in team history. Ahman Green’s 39.15 points was the 3rd highest RB total in team history. Randy McMichael’s 17.9 points was the highest tight end score in team history.

The Jersey Toxic Waste have started the season 0-1 for the third time in four years. Their 133.9 points was the 5th highest score in team history, and highest since their 139.9 points in week 11 of 2002. Donovan McNabb’s 39.1 points was the highest QB total in team history, breaking Daunte Culpepper’s previous record of 37.55 in week 2 of 2002. Edgerrin James’ 24.1 points was the 7th highest RB score in team history. Todd Heap’s 13.1 points was the 6th highest tight end score in team history.

The Wonder Mutts have started 1-0 for the third time in four years. Their 128.8 points was the 6th highest score in team history. Dominack Davis’ 33.45 points was the 6th highest RB score in team history. Terrell Owens 28.8 points was the second highest wide receiver total in team history. Antonio Gates’ 16.3 points was the highest tight end score in team history.

The Bay Area Blood Sucking Insects have started 1-0 for the second consecutive year, and third time in four seasons. Shaun Alexander’s 42.6 points was the second highest RB score in team history. Clinton Portis’ 31.55 points was the 9th highest in team history. The Insects take the series lead over the Dodgers, 4-3. Sebastian Janikowski passed John Carney for 3rd all time among kickers in the Frenzy. Seabass has 303.7 points in 35 games for an 8.7 average.

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers have started 1-0 for the second time in team history (’02). Their 98.15 points was the 10th lowest score in team history. The Squirrel Chasers beat the Ragers for the sixth time in seven lifetime meetings.

The Nittany Dodgers have started the season 0-1 for the third consecutive year. Tiki Barber’s 30.75 points was the 5th highest RB total in team history.

Urza’s Ragers have started 0-1 for the second time in team history (’01).
