slight change near the deadline, I'm gonna keep WR Jericho Cotchery and give him a 3 year deal (assigned to the DS)

he will replace WR Johnnie Morant who instead will be placed on IR with a 3 year deal

also, after further review, Hines Ward only gets a 1 year deal
