I went through the rules and tried to update all the timelines to reflect the changes that we made earlier this year. If you notice any errors or omissions, PLEASE point them out to me.

To make things a bit easier, I added a Season Timeline (Key Dates) link on the rules index links tab.

I also corrected links throughout the rules doc that pointed to the old board and website.
