Congrats! I have a 2 1/2 and 7 month old (no more planned...whew).

You are in for quite a ride. It's a lot of work, but man, the benefits are awesome (wait until he smiles at you for the first time!!!). Mike also hit the nail on the head about paying attention to your wife. Make her feel special. A lot of attention will be going toward the baby. Make sure she is loved and cherished as well.
