Probably just semantics but to me the picks each team had means the picks that they were alloted to start with. This would be as opposed to the picks that they ended up with.
Not that it matters much but if I had traded my four picks for Andre Johnson, Clinton Portis, and Dante Culpepper I think I would have done well with those picks. However, it sounds like you are saying that this would deserve a poor grade.
