9B: 3, 5, and 6 state that if an acquisition puts a squad over the roster spot, salary, or roster year limits, the manager has a 24 hour grace period to make appropriate adjustments to get below limits.
I would like to propose, without any hard feelings about Juaun Jennings

, that the 24 hour grace period not begin until an administrator posts that a manager has won the bidding on a player.
My reasoning is that it can be tough to keep up with the timing and bids and especially for a team that’s trying to rebuild, there’s a lot of roster juggling to make it through the season. Seeing that SOLD notification is helpful to know you need to go make a roster move.
