Wanted to be sure that needs to be implemented in the rules doc, as well.
Reading this statement and looking at last season's
timeline thread, it looks like the Soft Cap end and Hard Cap start need to move to match the RFD Start Date.

Friday following the NFL Draft at 11:59pm - Soft Cap Period Ends
Saturday following the NFL Draft at 12:00am - Hard Cap Period Begins
