It seems we have a consensus opinion on having at least 1 player represented from each team, so lets build the proposal off of that.

My questions...

Should we have each team nominate Pro Bowlers and allow the Div champion to choose off that list?

or

Should we just allow the Div champion to pick a roster with the understanding that each division team must be represented.

Additionally,

Should we set a roster size that includes a basic starting lineup only, and allow team to sub if necessary?

or

Should we pick a larger roister of say 15 players (2QBs, 3RBs, 5WRs, 2TEs, 1K, 1D, 1 of any position)

IMO, I don't care how the roster is formulated, but I like the idea of going with a larger pool for the div runner up to pick his starters amongst, with the caveat that he must choose at least 1 starter from each team.
