Pirates management made a couple attempts to unload some salary cap to make room for Conner and was not able to move any players. Even though Conner’s salary puts the Pirates right up against the salary cap, we feel his $1001 salary is too good to pass on for this TD machine,,,
The Pirates MATCH the Rooster’s offer and welcome Conner back to the Pirate’s backfield.
