The difference is that NFL teams are the ones drafting the players that could impact their own RFA's and as such it's highly unlikely they'd sign a RFA to a big ticket contract and then draft a rookie to compete, on the flip side they could draft an impact player which might impact other players around them (like a stud WR for a QB), or a stud tackle that could open things up for an Edge rusher, etc.
Basically, in Frenzy and SACD we have no control over an NFL team potentially drafting players that can impact our RFAs, whereas in the NFL, they generally draft around their RFA and UFA moves, not against them.
