PLEASE NOTE!

There is one slight change to this poll. This poll will not be the official arbiter of the approval of a fourth round. I will be setting up an additional poll for that single purpose. If the 4th round is selected, the scale will be as above. If the 4th round is voted down, the scale will be as above with the simple removal of the 4th round salaries. Clear?

If this changes anyone's vote, please let me know.
