Entered MNF down 85.6 points and somehow pulled out a 3 point win. Wow! I don't think I've ever had a team come back by so much heading into Monday night. I truly didn't expect to come back in this one, even with 6 players going (5 Bills).
Sadly, my
choked on MNF, losing to a
team that IMO, they are much better than. The Bills had 2 TDs called back on ticky tack penalties, and then Allen slips on a 4th down sneak while going for the win. I don't have a problem with the call to go for it, but do question why the coaches didn't play to Allen's strengths and roll Allen out to the right on a RPO. Especially didn't like the sneak with the way the Titans had been blowing up our o-line with blitzes all night. Is what it is. That said, I would have gladly taken a loss in Frenzy for my Bills to have gone 5-1. Hopefully the loss motivates them to not take any team lightly.
John, tough loss. Much respect to your Burners for putting up a good fight.
