We haven't broached that subject, TBH not sure how I feel on changing the salaries, as teams have now had 2 seasons under their belts under the existing structure, my initial reaction would be that the existing contracts should remain as is, however I can be swayed otherwise.
I do think we should make this applicable to the upciming 2004 draft however.
