A note on IR administration and EACH Team Owner's Responsibilities

Each Team Owner is responsible to manage their IR eligibility, which includes posting extensions. To avoid issues, unless a player is clearly OUT FOR THE SEASON, and marked as such here in the IR thread, you MUST post each time when an extension is necessary that you wish to extend for 2 weeks and the source of current injury status on that date. Players will NOT be auto extended. If a team owner fails to mark a player as extended, THEY WILL BE CUT at the moment their game for that week starts. If this happens, the player will be sent to Waivers and will become a UFA if unclaimed. Normal, cut penalties will apply.

I'm writing this to avoid any confusion and making the process crystal clear. AGAIN, it is YOUR responsibility to monitor your players eligibility, and post extensions accordingly before the player's game starts the week their original 4 week eligibility, or 2 week extension(s) expire. Failure to extend your players in this thread will lead to the player being released at their gametime. No players will be automatically extended, even if they show injured. It's too much work for me to have to babysit eligibility each week and automatically extending creates ambiguities.

It is on YOU to extend or activate before gametime once a player's time is up on IR.

Failure to do so before gametime WILL result in players being released as per the rules.
