new cases are expected as we reopen. the main concern is if we get to a point where we overwhelm the hospitals, which even in the hot spot of NY, theyre hospitals were near capacity, but never were over, they never used any of the make shift hospitals put up, and only used put 180 some patient on that medical ship. viruses will come and go all the time, the question is do we shut down an economy and cause more harm in poverty and suicides, as we are seeing big spikes in suicides from this. the docs told my wife at her last infusion she should be more worried about the flu than covid. and the toal patient in Colorado springs hospitals for coivd has been 5, as of a month ago. most people do not require hospitalization, mostly the elderly with preexisting conditions are most at risk. athletes, they should all get in a hotel, and get it over with, how many have young athletes have died from this, very few if any. im not a heartless person, just a person based in reality and the severity of the issue. yeah its bad it kills people, but so does the flu ,and besides our own governor admitted we were over counting covid deaths.
