Lite on tenders...
Maybe owners are feeling the heat on cap space or trying to free up space for UFA acquisitions...but it seems to our brain trust that this years RFA tenders are in the shallow end of the pool...l guess some big numbers might be coming to some RFAs this year too...huh!!!
