Am I reading the rules correctly: since I started this bid at 12:59am, the bidding process will resume with an hour left on Tuesday?

for some reason my drunk ass thought I got it in at 11:59pm on Friday...you shoulda seen me hurrying to get it in before midnight...only to realize this afternoon that I lost an hour somewhere in my drunken stupor.
