Now is the time to put up any proposals to modify or change the rules by simple majority. Any Frenzy team can make a proposal.

Any vote started before May 31 (or related run-off poll after May 31) require a simple majority to be effective for the CURRENT season.

Any vote started June 1 or later requires a UNANIMOUS vote for it to be effective in the current season, however, a majority vote will pass the rule change for the following season.
